制動液在高溫環(huán)境中易蒸發(fā)汽化，在制動管路中構(gòu)成氣阻，制動蹄片也容易燒蝕，形成制動失靈。因而，夏季應(yīng)及時檢查調(diào)整制動系統(tǒng)，下長坡途中應(yīng)留意停車晾剎，保證制動性能良好；若發(fā)現(xiàn)制動轂發(fā)燙，應(yīng)停車降溫，但不可澆潑冷水，以防制動轂決裂。

夏天是比擬容易爆胎的時節(jié)，天熱容易使輪胎變形，抗拉力降落。而作為輪胎自身，氣壓不規(guī)范、輪胎老化、性能削弱，或者在行駛過程中輪胎軋到了堅硬的金屬或其他硬物等狀況，都會招致汽車忽然間爆胎。因而，出車前應(yīng)恰當(dāng)降低車胎氣壓，行車途中休息時，及時檢查輪胎的溫度和壓力。若發(fā)現(xiàn)胎溫、胎壓過高時，不可采取放氣和潑冷水的方式，應(yīng)選擇陰涼處停車；如涉水時，應(yīng)待胎溫恰當(dāng)降低后再涉水，以防輪胎早期損壞。

固然它似乎沒有生命，但的確也怕曬，長期暴曬會發(fā)舊、起皺。普通的美容打蠟，固然有些作用，但由于任何車蠟都含有矽的成分，久經(jīng)紫外線映照會銹蝕車漆，留下點點黑斑。而且車蠟自身起不到加強(qiáng)硬度的作用，會因溫渡過高而很快流失，因而，停車時應(yīng)當(dāng)把車停放在陰涼處。
