如果不能在混凝土預(yù)凝之前將自上料混凝土攪拌車修復(fù)，應(yīng)立即采取應(yīng)急措施：

1.馬達(dá)和減速機(jī)無故障情況下，連接“應(yīng)急油管”將混凝土卸出，預(yù)防凝灌事故發(fā)生。
1. When the motor and reducer have no fault, connect the "emergency oil pipe" to unload the concrete, so as to prevent the occurrence of condensation grouting accident.
2.馬達(dá)或減速機(jī)發(fā)生故障且確定無法在混凝土預(yù)凝前使罐體轉(zhuǎn)動，請快速打開人孔蓋，如人孔蓋不在罐體下方則需要在罐體前錐底部開孔(Φ=1250px，避開原有焊道)，與此同時(shí)必須持續(xù)向進(jìn)料口灌入大量清水，沖刷罐內(nèi)混凝土，直至罐體下方無混凝土流出，罐內(nèi)少量殘余混凝土需人工進(jìn)行清理，清理完畢后進(jìn)行清洗，將割下部分重新焊接到混凝土攪拌車罐體上(安裝人孔蓋)，并打磨噴漆處理。
