1.萬向轉(zhuǎn)動部分是故障多發(fā)部位，應按時加注潤滑脂，并經(jīng)常檢查磨損情況，及時修理更換。車隊應有備用的萬向軸總成，以保證一旦發(fā)生故障能在幾十分鐘內(nèi)恢復工作。

2.保證液壓油清潔?；炷翑嚢柽\輸車工作環(huán)境惡劣，一定要防止污水泥沙進入液壓系統(tǒng)。液壓油要按使用手冊要求定期更換。一旦檢查時發(fā)現(xiàn)液壓油中混入水或泥沙，就要立即停機清洗液壓系統(tǒng)、更換液壓油。
Keep the hydraulic oil clean. The working environment of concrete mixer truck is bad, so it is necessary to prevent dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the manual. Once it is found that the hydraulic oil is mixed with water or sediment, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.
3.保證液壓油冷卻裝置有效。要定時清理液壓油散熱器，避免散熱器被水泥堵塞，檢查散熱器電動風扇運轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，防止液壓油溫度超標。液壓部分只要保證液壓油清潔，一般故障不多;但生產(chǎn)廠家不同，使用壽命則不一樣。
Ensure that the hydraulic oil cooling device is effective. The hydraulic oil radiator should be cleaned regularly to prevent the radiator from being blocked by cement, and check whether the electric fan of radiator operates normally to prevent the temperature of hydraulic oil exceeding the standard.
