1. Connect the emergency drive hose during loading and rely on the power of other mixer trucks. Drive the mixing drum to rotate and discharge the concrete. However, if the reducer fails at the same time, this method cannot be used. The specific operation steps are as follows:
（1）準(zhǔn)備好一根緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管，卸下接管和接頭蓋；
(1) Prepare an emergency drive hose and remove the connecting pipe and connector cover;
（2）故障車(chē)（被驅(qū)動(dòng)車(chē)）的操作：將故障混凝土攪拌車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火；將緊固螺母朝左旋松；再將旋鈕朝右旋轉(zhuǎn)，直到不能再旋為止；將高壓軟管從馬達(dá)接頭處卸下；
(2) Operation of the failed truck (driven truck): turn off the engine of the failed concrete mixer; loosen the fastening nut to the left; turn the knob to the right until it can no longer be screwed; remove the high-pressure hose from the motor connector;
（3）救援車(chē)（驅(qū)動(dòng)車(chē)）的操作：將操作手柄至于空檔位置；將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火；將高壓軟管從高壓油管處卸下；將緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管接到高壓油管上；用緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管上的接頭蓋將驅(qū)動(dòng)車(chē)的高壓軟管蓋起，以防漏油。啟動(dòng)救援車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。將救援車(chē)的操作手柄撥至“出料”位置，使故障車(chē)內(nèi)的混凝土排出。緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)完畢后，使兩車(chē)各自恢復(fù)原狀。
(3) Operation of rescue vehicle (drive vehicle): set the operating handle to the neutral position; shut down the engine; remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pressure oil pipe; connect the emergency drive hose to the high-pressure oil pipe; cover the high-pressure hose of the drive vehicle with the connector cover on the emergency drive hose to prevent oil leakage. Start the engine of the rescue vehicle. Turn the operating handle of the rescue vehicle to "discharge" Position so that the concrete in the failed vehicle can be discharged. After the emergency drive, restore the two vehicles to their original state.
2.減速機(jī)損壞。如在工作中出現(xiàn)減速機(jī)突然損壞，首先需將攪拌筒內(nèi)的混凝土排出，以防出現(xiàn)凝固現(xiàn)象；其次再更換減速機(jī)，也可聯(lián)系生產(chǎn)廠家。
2. The reducer is damaged. If the reducer is suddenly damaged during operation, first discharge the concrete in the mixing drum to prevent solidification; Secondly, replace the reducer, or contact the manufacturer.
3.柱塞泵發(fā)生故障。非裝載時(shí)換上新的柱塞泵，使拌筒恢復(fù)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
3. The plunger pump fails. When not loaded, replace with a new plunger pump to restore the normal operation of the mixing drum.
4.液壓管接頭處滲漏。將接頭拆下，更換密封圈，重新擰緊即可。
4. Leakage at the hydraulic pipe joint. Remove the connector, replace the sealing ring and retighten it.
