①電動水泵控制部分：電動水泵操作開關(guān)位于車后部右側(cè)開關(guān)盒上，在電動水泵工作前應(yīng)先確保發(fā)動機運轉(zhuǎn)、水箱有水、水管閥門打開。水箱水用完時應(yīng)關(guān)停水泵，嚴禁無水空轉(zhuǎn)電動水泵，以免損壞電動水泵。電動水泵工作時開關(guān)盒內(nèi)蜂鳴器鳴叫，起警示作業(yè)。

① Electric water pump control part: the electric water pump operating switch is located on the right switch box at the rear of the vehicle. Before the electric water pump works, ensure that the engine is running, there is water in the water tank, and the water pipe valve is open. When the water in the water tank is used up, the water pump shall be shut down. It is strictly prohibited to idle the electric water pump without water to avoid damage to the electric water pump. When the electric water pump is working, the buzzer in the switch box sounds to warn.

②氣壓式供水系統(tǒng)電控報警裝置：打開駕駛室內(nèi)原水泵開關(guān)，氣壓式供水系統(tǒng)蜂鳴控制器繼電器得電，蜂鳴器鳴叫，同時電磁氣閥接通，氣源從儲氣筒經(jīng)電磁閥進入噴水壓力水罐，打開噴水閥進行噴水洗車作業(yè)，噴水洗車完畢后蜂鳴器仍在鳴叫，提醒操作者關(guān)閉水泵開關(guān)。

② Electric control alarm device of pneumatic water supply system: turn on the raw water pump switch in the cab, the buzzer controller relay of the pneumatic water supply system is powered on, the buzzer buzzes, and the solenoid valve is connected at the same time. The air source enters the water spray pressure tank from the air reservoir through the solenoid valve. Turn on the water spray valve for water spray washing. 冷卻風(fēng)扇的啟停由溫控開關(guān)自動控制，溫度高于65℃時風(fēng)扇啟動，低于60℃時風(fēng)扇停止。溫控開關(guān)位于冷卻器上，繼電器與保險片在駕駛室內(nèi)中央配電盒內(nèi)。

The start and stop of the cooling fan is automatically controlled by the temperature control switch. The fan starts when the temperature is higher than 65 ℃ and stops when the temperature is lower than 60 ℃. The temperature control switch is located on the cooler, and the relay and fuse are located in the central power distribution box in the cab.

3）混凝土攪拌車的后示廓燈、側(cè)標(biāo)志燈、工作燈部分后示廓燈、側(cè)標(biāo)志燈用于夜間表示車后部輪廓大小、側(cè)面輪廓，與后牌照燈同時點亮、熄滅。工作燈用于夜間進料與卸料照明，開關(guān)在駕駛室內(nèi)。

3) The rear clearance lamp, side marker lamp, work lamp and some rear clearance lamps and side marker lamps of the concrete mixer are used to indicate the size and side contour of the rear of the vehicle at night, and are turned on and off at the same time as the rear license plate lamp. The working light is used for the lighting of feeding and discharging at night, and the switch is in the cab.
