1、起動攪拌車之前，應(yīng)把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“中止”方位。

2、起動發(fā)動機(jī)后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下滾動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫度升到20℃以上方可作業(yè)。

3、攪拌車在露天停放時，裝料前應(yīng)將攪拌筒回轉(zhuǎn)，將積水和雜物排出，以確保后期使用時混凝土的質(zhì)量。

4、攪拌車在運輸混凝土?xí)r，要確保滑斗放置牢固，避免因松動造成擺動，在跋涉中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運轉(zhuǎn)。

5、攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為2-10轉(zhuǎn)/分；在運輸過程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速堅持2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分；行駛在側(cè) 傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動較大的路面時，應(yīng)中止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況 好轉(zhuǎn)后再恢復(fù)攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。
5. When the mixing truck is transporting the mixed concrete, the mixing drum speed is 2-10 rpm; During transportation, the speed of mixing drum shall be 2-3 rpm on the flat road; When driving on a road with a side slope greater than 50, or on a road with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions improve.
6、攪拌車在排出混凝土之前，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在10-12轉(zhuǎn)/分的轉(zhuǎn)速下滾動1分鐘，再進(jìn)行排料。
6. Before discharging concrete from the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall be rolled at 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.
