(1)任何預(yù)拌混凝土在未添加緩凝劑的情況下，都在1小時(shí)左右進(jìn)入初凝狀態(tài)，這時(shí)再進(jìn)行混凝土澆注施工將影響混凝土的工程質(zhì)量。因此全自動(dòng)攪拌車運(yùn)送預(yù)拌混凝土有其時(shí)間控制的輸送半徑。一般控制在1小時(shí)以內(nèi)。從出料到卸料完畢的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間為90分鐘，且攪拌筒總轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)不大于300轉(zhuǎn)。如嫌原有的卸料槽不夠長(zhǎng)，需另外接長(zhǎng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)用支柱將接長(zhǎng)部分撐住。

(3)空車行駛時(shí)，拌筒應(yīng)以與攪動(dòng)行駛同樣的轉(zhuǎn)速回轉(zhuǎn)。

注意：攪拌車行駛時(shí)，如攪拌停止回轉(zhuǎn)，則拌筒滾道與拌筒托輪上會(huì)產(chǎn)生壓痕，并發(fā)生異常噪聲。因此，務(wù)請(qǐng)注意。

具體操作步驟如下：

⑴準(zhǔn)備工作準(zhǔn)備好三根緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管，卸下接管和接頭蓋。

(1) Prepare three emergency drive hoses, and remove the connecting pipe and connector cover.

⑵故障車(被驅(qū)動(dòng)車)的操作

(2) Operation of faulty vehicle (driven vehicle)

①將故障車的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火;

① Shut down the engine of the faulty vehicle;

②將緊固螺母(左右各有一個(gè))朝左旋松;

② Unscrew the fastening nuts (one on the left and one on the right) to the left;

③再將旋鈕朝右旋轉(zhuǎn)，直到不能再旋為止;

③ Turn the knob to the right again until it can no longer be turned;

④將高壓軟管從馬達(dá)接頭處卸下;

④ Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor connector;

⑤將緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管接到馬達(dá)接頭上;

⑤ Connect the emergency drive hose to the motor connector;

⑥把緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管上的接管與故障車卸下的高壓軟管相接，以防漏油。

⑥ Connect the connecting pipe on the emergency drive hose with the high-pressure hose removed from the faulty vehicle to prevent oil leakage.

⑶救援車(驅(qū)動(dòng)車)的操作

①將操作手柄至于空檔位置;

① Set the operating handle to the neutral position;

②將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火;

② Shut down the engine;

③將高壓軟管從高壓油管處卸下;

③ Remove the high-pressure hose from the high-pressure oil pipe;

④將緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管接到高壓油管上;

④ Connect the emergency drive hose to the high-pressure oil pipe;

⑤用緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管上的接頭蓋將驅(qū)動(dòng)車的高壓軟管蓋起，以防漏油。

⑤ Use the connector cap on the emergency drive hose to cover the high-pressure hose of the drive vehicle to prevent oil leakage.

⑷啟動(dòng)救援車的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。

(4) Start the engine of the rescue vehicle.

⑸將救援車的操作手柄撥至“出料”位置，使故障車內(nèi)的混凝土排出。

(5) Turn the operating handle of the rescue vehicle to the "discharge" position to discharge the concrete in the fault vehicle.

⑹緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)完畢后，使兩車各自恢復(fù)原狀。

(6) After the emergency drive, restore the two vehicles to their original state.
